Team Member Criteria and Guidelines

Any person with any gender, race, or nationality could become a member by expressing the willingness to work as a team and should have an open heart to attend voluntary work and depend on the capability to contribute in kind or cash.

The person should be:

  • Willing to voluntarily contribute towards the good cause of the organization.
  • Agree to comment on the intended project and provide ideas to support new projects.
  • Understand the current project, its behavior, and whether the organization has reached the required milestone.
  • Able to participate personally in furtherance of the organization.
  • Work remotely and provide advice to improve visibility in all respects.
  • Able to contribute depending on capacity towards the selected projects.
  • To contribute:
    • By way of books, periodicals, and other literature in mostly English, French, Japanese, or German languages for knowledge improvement.
    • Old clothes that could be reused by the needy.
    • School equipment necessary for schools with or without electricity.
    • Equipment necessary for women to continue as cottage industry workers.
    • Training materials to uplift the skills of rural school teachers.
    • Equipment and aids for disabled persons.
    • Hearing aids, especially for school children.
    • Spectacles for school children and adults in need.
    • Yarns for the handloom industry.
    • White sticks for the blind.
    • Books with braille system for exclusive use by the deafblind.
    • Sports items to improve hidden skills in school children.
    • Early childhood educational aids.
    • Communication equipment such as TVs, projectors with screens to enhance education.
    • Utilities for homes.
    • Technology to maintain plant nurseries and greenhouse concepts.
    • Tools, technology, and finances to create self-employment opportunities.
    • Sponsor programs on a cooperative basis.
    • Establish pure drinking water units in affected areas.
    • Projects on sanitation.
    • Programs to overcome malnutrition.
    • Health camps for pregnant women, the elderly, and differently-abled individuals.
