Our organization though similar to other global organization considering of development of human quality there will be various rest ructions, what to give, how to give and to what extent.
We presume that nobody could define the boundaries these issues as the needy society could not addressed due to environmental, religious, ethnic and political positions.
Therefore it is necessary to understand how to select the target group and how you could react at your boundaries.
We also maintain in our mind that external negative action will force you to change your attitude, mind and action which we observed in all organizations and very complicate to address such issues.
Due to the above environment we in a very small way would like to maintain our integrity and the credibility of the nation in a island which is like in pinhead when compare with other countries in the world and the number of No working towards the society in several directions aiming to uplift the quality of life, kindness, to respect each other and to stand with freedom of expression.
What we’ve seen is the people with or without education have hidden qualities and when assessing those there are more good things compare with other qualities even from a murderer or a terrorist. As the society pushed them to an extent with brain wash to use them for the ulterior motives of others who are behind them assume that they can maintain their unauthorized empower by using timid.
The above explanation is to understand our approach with kind and open heart to addressed to an extent atlases to maintain the suitability of the target group which we not termed as the poorest of the poor as they are rich in mind and attitude without a single coin in their hand to sustain.
As a developing country Sri Lanka faced Eras with painful experience due to ethnic and religious conflict. If one go back to at the time of independence in year 1948 all Sri Lankans were united and fought for the freedom with the visionary people took the leading role in the Political circle to drive Sri Lanka toward prosperity.
All leaders whether political or not were from villages but had experience specially form the British who ruled Sri Lanka until 1948 maintain the best discipline in all respect and used the best guidelines derived from protégées, Dutch and British to laid down the norms in Sri Lanka.
Accordingly the law discipline, the background for other social requirements such as education, health and day to day rules and guidelines to all citizen that they behave like respectable citizens.
The leaders identified as per their vision and taking in to consideration that history of the country how the kings ruled the country with vision and used appropriate technology.
To mention few a series of manmade Tanks (Parakrama Samudraya etc.), Yodha Ela (the first major irrigational channel with a slope of two inch per mile) and the religious temples are marvelous giant projects which reflects the mindset of the Kings and the people.
This Philosophy continue with early ruler of Sri Lanka after 1948 and with a pandemic of Malaria then the Prime minister personally undertook the challenge and was the driving force to regain the past crown of Sri Lanka as an agricultural country with Senanayake Samudraya in the East to irrigate the whole eastern project and other mega projects in the dry zone and the western to become self-sufficient in rice which we now enjoy the benefit. However after 1956 the dirty politics entered in to the scheme and commenced ruling about the country administration for their gain and to become dictators using the poor to become Magnates and this situation continue until now and the Sri Lankans always live with expectation to one day to have a better life not for them but for the future generation.
Under the above context the Corporation and self-help among the citizen has deteriorated and when Tsunami came to Sri Lanka the remaining culture and habits COVID pandemic.
Though we operate under normal scale during the bad period the necessity of addressing the issues aggressively hence need more team work with wider scope and group involvement to accelerate the overall effort of the organization.
